imetria x SES | Visit of an International Expert at Simetria

For this purpose, with the support of the German Economic Association, within the framework of the Senior Expert Service (SES) program, Simetria hosted an internationally experienced German expert, Dieter Gigler.

Mr. Gigler worked together with the Simetria team on strengthening technical management, documentation, change control, and quality systems, ensuring that Simetria’s projects become even more manageable, high-quality, and predictable.

As part of the visit, the ongoing projects “Simetria Jikia” and “Simetria Park” were also thoroughly assessed, and practical recommendations for their further development were presented.
